摘　　要：通过充分调研,医学部明确了医学院校教师所必须具备的教学能力,并据之设计五个能力模块的研修课程,探索多种教师培训模式,开展形成性评价,鼓励教学研究,激发教师潜能,促进教师教学能力提升。A teacher development program with five modules has been designed on the basis of research findings. Multiple training methods are explored and formative evaluation is used to tap teachers＇ potentials and help them improve their teacher skills.
