纱线规格与涤纶摇粒绒仿色配方稳定性研究

摘　　要：为提高涤纶摇粒绒织物仿色效率,以敏感色涤纶单面起绒摇粒绒为实验对象,基于染色样和标样间的色差,对染色配方的稳定性进行了研究.实验结果表明:纱线规格、生产厂家以及生产批次均影响染色配方的稳定性.为提高仿色效率,不仅需要关注织物中纤维的类型、织物组织结构及染色色牢度等,同时纱线规格、生产厂家以及生产批次也应引起重视.In order to improve the efficiency of color matching for Polyester fleece, single face polyester fleece with sensitive color is employed as the research object. In this is studied based on the color difference between dyed and selected sa paper, the accuracy of color matching mple. The results show that the accu- racy of color matching is affected by yarn specification, manufacturer and yarn production batch, and so on. To enhance the precision and success ratio of color matching, the effects of fiber type in fabric, fabric structure and color fastness should be considered; meanwhile, the factors of yarn specification, manufac turer and yarn production batch should be paid more attention.
