摘 要:提出了一种改进的粒子群优化算法PS0NM法,和最小二乘法相结合的电力系统谐波参数的估计方法。在传统的粒子群算法中引入单纯形机制增强了该算法的局部搜索能力,提高了收敛速度。该方法将电力系统中谐波的相角、频率和幅值视为寻优变量,利用改进PS0对各次谐波分量的非线性参数即相角和频率进行估计,然后利用最小二乘法对谐波分量的线性参数即幅值进行计算,直到达到最大迭代次数,迭代结束。在MATLAB中搭建了一个典型的仿真模型,进行仿真验证,并将仿真结果与传统的快速傅立叶变换法进行对比。结果表明,所提出的方法能够对电力谐波的幅值和相角进行准确估计,而且估计精度受高斯白噪声影响小,其性能优于FFT法。A power system harmonic parameler estimation melhod based on improved PSO, i.e., PSONM, and 12 is proposed. By introducing the simple search method into the conventional PSO, the local searching ability of PSO had been strengthened, thus accelerating its the convergence. This method regards the phases, frequencies, eneies and amplitudes of hannonics as the parameters to be optimized, utilizes improved PSO to estimate the nonlinear phases and fi'equencies, alongside I^S is used to eslimate the linear amplitudes of the harmunic componenls. The procedures repeated until the maximum iteration is reached. A typical model is established using MATI,AB for simulation study. The simulation resuhs has demonstrated that the proposed method can estimate the amplitudes anti phases of harmunie components correctly. Moreover, the proposed method is imroune to WGN and its performance is superior to the conventional hannonie estimation method FFT.
