摘 要:建立了满足实际需求的微网优化模型和储能系统运行模型,以一个包含风、光、储、微型燃气轮机、燃料电池以及热、电负荷的具体微网为研究对象,为提高微网运行的经济效益,考虑分时电价差异以及功率预测偏差,制定了不同电价时段下的优化目标及约束条件,运用改进遗传算法优化各时段内储能系统和燃料电池有功、无功出力,并确定联络线有功、无功交换功率,以此形成整个调度周期内的最佳运行方式。通过C++编程对实际系统进行仿真,验证了所提策略的有效性和可行性。The micro-grid system optimization model and storage system operation models which meet the actual operational requirements are established. With a typical micro-grid as study object which includes wind tm'bine, photovohaic, storage battery, micro turbine, fuel cell, heating and electric loads, fin" improving the economic efficiency of micro-grid operation, the economic dispatch strategies and optimization index are developed based on the different of TOU and the deviation of power prediclion under different stages. The active and reactive power outputting from the storage system and fuel cell at different times are optimized by the improved genetic algorithm, and the active and reactive switching power of contact line are determined. On this account, the best run way of the entire scheduling period is formed. Through C++ programming, the practical micro-grid system is simulated, and the validity and teasibility of proposed strategy are, verified.
