农地规模经营对农村劳动力转移的影响

摘　　要：研究农地规模经营对农村劳动力转移的定量影响,以发展经济学理论为基础,以陕西省实地调查数据为依据,通过建立多元回归模型,实证分析现有条件下农地规模经营对农村劳动力转移的影响程度.研究表明,农地规模经营是农业经济集约发展的内在要求,既能促成职业农民阶层形成,又能释放边际农村劳动力向城镇非农产业转移,发展农地规模经营有助于提高农村劳动力转移效率和形成迁移型人力资本等资源.The paper studies the quantitative influence of scale operation of farmland on rural labor force .With the Development Economics as the theretical foundation and on the basis of the data collected from Shaanxi province ,the impact of scale operation of farmland on rural labor force under the present condition is analyzed with a multivariate regression model .The study shows that the scale operation of farmland is the inherent requirement of intensive development of agricultural economy .It can not only promote the cultivation of professional farmers ,but also help the marginal rural labor force turn to urban non-agriculture industries .It is concluded that the development of scale operation of farmland is conducive to increasing the rural labor transfer efficiency and forming the migratory the human capital .
