摘  要:模拟了不同的湿度(RH=6.6%~97.5%)环境,运用单向拉伸试验,研究了湿度对HTPB推进剂单向拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明,在相对湿度RH低于58%时,伸长率与断裂伸长率7 d内几乎不受湿度和暴露时间的影响,抗拉强度则随环境湿度、暴露时间的增加而缓慢降低,但降幅不超过30%。在RH高于75.5%时,力学性能随环境湿度、暴露时间的增加而快速降低,尤其在相对湿度RH分别为75.5%、84.7%、97.5%的环境中分别暴露5、1、0.5 d后,抗拉强度降幅均超过30%。吸湿后的丁羟推进剂经相对湿度为6.6%的干燥环境恢复处理3 d后,抗拉强度能恢复到吸湿前的80%,伸长率、断裂伸长率能得到完全恢复。The effect of the environmental humidity on the uniaxial tensile mechanical properties of HTPB propellant was stud- ied by means of uniaxial tensile tests under different humidity circumstances(RH= 6.6%- 97.5%)The results show that the tensile strength was reduced slightly with the increasing relative humidity and the exposure time. Less than 30% decrease in tensile strength was measured within a test period of 7 d, when the environmental humidity was lower than 58% RH, while the elongation and the broken elongation were almost unaffected.Nevertheless, the mechanical properties deteriorated quickly ,when the humidity was greater than 75.5% RH.The tensile strength was decreased by more than 30% when the propellant was exposed to the humidities of 75. 5% RH,84.7% RH,97.5% RH for 5 d, 1 d,O.5 d,respectively.80% of the tensile strength and nearly 100% of the elongation and the broken elongation of the HTPB propellant could be recovered after dried for 3d in the environment with 6.6% RH.
