加快“一带一路”交汇点建设的思路与策略分析

摘　　要：交汇点建设的重点是建设战略门户、战略通道、战略平台、战略区域,推进战略转型。搞好交汇点建设,一要实现"一带一路"战略与沿海开放战略一体发展,海陆联动;二要发挥黄金水道、黄金海岸叠加优势,江海联动;三要发挥多重国家战略叠加优势,区域联动;四要沿海沿桥联动发展,东中西互动。The keynote of intersection point construction is building strategic portal, strategic channel, strategic platform, strategic region,and advancing strategic transformation. To make a good intersection point construction, we should do as follows： firstly,realizing the integrative growth of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy and coastal open strategy, which means sea-and-land linkage; secondly, taking advantages of golden watercourse and golden coast＇s superposition, which means river-and-sea linkage; thirdly, making full use of multiple national strategies overlay, which means region linkage; fourthly, achieving combined development along the coast and bridge, and interacting eastern, central and western regions.
