摘　　要：质量是高校学报发展的生命,而编辑则是保证质量的关键。因此,对新编辑的培训显得尤为重要。职业道德和能力、编辑业务流程和要求、全国出版职业考试以及数字化出版都是新编辑培训的重要内容。Quality is the life of the development of university journal, as the editor is the soul of journals quality. Therefore, the training for new editor is particularly important. Professional ethics and abilities, the processes and requirements for editing, the na- tional publishing professional examination and digital publishing play key role on new editor＇s training.
