摘　　要：目的探讨三步下床法预防腰椎术后患者直立性低血压的效果。方法将腰椎手术患者264例随机分成对照组和干预组各132例,对照组按照常规护理,干预组在护士指导和协助下按照改良三步下床法完成术后首次下床活动,比较两组直立性低血压发生情况。结果对照组患者术后首次下床直立性低血压发生率显著高于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腰椎术后患者首次下床时采用改良三步下床法,可有效预防直立性低血压发生,避免护理不良事件发生。Objective To explore the effect of modified three steps on preventing orthostatic hypotension for patients getting out of bed for the first time after lumbar operation.Methods A total of 264 patients after lumber operation were randomized into a control group（n=132）and an intervention group（n=132）,the control group was cared using conventional methods,while the intervention group,with guide and assistance from nurses,applied modified three steps getting out of bed for the first time after lumbar operation.The incidences of orthostatic hypotension in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of orthostatic hypotension when the patients getting out of bed for the first time after operation in the control group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Using modified three steps for patients getting out of bed for the first time after lumbar operation could effectively prevent orthostatic hypotension,and avoid nursing adverse events.
