英国高校学生会组织的特点与启示——以英国雷丁大学为个案的考察

摘　　要：以雷丁大学为代表的英国大学学生会组织有四个特点:学生会的主席和副主席任职期间全都办了休学手续,是专职的学生会干部,拿一定的报酬;学生会有充足的经费支持;学生会包括很多学生社团组织,以兴趣爱好为基础,吸引学生参与学生会活动;学生会独立自主。对中国高校学生会组织发展的基本启示:学生会的基本定位应该是精英、精干、高效、务实;对待学生会的基本态度应该是充分信任;学生会应该成为政治家的摇篮。The Students Union in British universities, represented by University of Reading, has four features. Firstly, the president and vice president（s） all suspend their schooling in their tenure at the Union so they become full-time student leaders and are paid for their job. Secondly, the Students Union in British universities has adequate funding for its activities. Thirdly, it consists of multiple student communities that cater to the different interests of students. Lastly, it act independently. Their revelation： the Students＇ Union is a place where the highly capable elite deal with concrete issues efficiently; it should be treated with complete trust; it is supposed to be a starting point for politicians.
