摘 要:近年来,依托国家相关产业政策,新能源发电企业得到了快速、规模化的发展,如何有效解决企业扁平化管理、一体化管控的要求已成为新能源发电企业面临的新挑战。文章分析了新能源发电企业生产、运营、管理的特点,运用云计算、应用集成等信息技术设计了覆盖新能源发电企业全面业务的管控一体化系统。管控一体化系统的应用有效支撑了新能源发电企业的管理模式,提高了企业的运营水平和管控力度,取得了较好的经营效益和管理效益。文章研究成果对新能源发电企业的信息化建设具有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years, relying on the national industrial policy, new energy power generation enterprises have realized rapid and large-scale development, how to effectively solve the enterprise flat management, integrated management and control requirements is a new challenge for the new energy power generation enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of production, operation and management of new energy power generation enterprises, and designs the integrated system of comprehensive business management and control for new energy power generation enterprises by using information technology such as cloud computing and application integration. Through the application of management and control integrated system, the management mode of new energy power generation enterprises is effectively supported, the operation level and management of enterprises are improved and high effi ciency of operation and management is achieved. The research results have a certain reference value for the construction of new energy power generation enterprises.
