摘 要:我国电力应急通信系统经过多年的发展,已经具备了一定规模和应急指挥能力,但尚处于发展阶段。当电力通信网常规设施遭受破坏后,需要采用多种通信手段组合的应急通信方式来恢复通信能力。文章针对当前电力通信网络中不同设备厂家的传输系统故障应急抢修、机房搬迁、线路改造等情况,探讨实现应急抢修的通信快速恢复,以及确保在机房搬迁和线路改造场景下传输业务不中断的方法,以提高工作效率,推进智能调度的进一步发展。China electric power emergency communication system after years of development, already has a certain scale and emergency command ability, but is still in the development stage. When conventional communication network facilities were destroyed, a variety of communication means of emergency communications were needed to restore communications capabilities. In view of the situation in current electric power communication network, such as emergency repair of different transmission systems fault, room relocation and lines and transformation, this paper discusses the approaches to realize the rapid recovery of emergency communication and realize the room relocation and line transformation without interruption of service, so as to improve the efficiency, promote the further development of intelligent scheduling.
