摘　　要：文章从当前电力企业工作特点出发,结合实际工作中遇到的相关问题,分析协同工作平台研究的必要性和现实价值,阐述了以用户为中心的协同工作平台设计思路和关键技术,分析了平台的主要功能和应用特点。以用户为中心的协同工作平台的投入使用,减少了不同部门、不同专业相关工作人员的沟通成本,提高了企业的工作效率与服务质量,提升了企业的经济效益,对企业的整体管理提供了有力的支撑。Considering the characteristics of electric power enterprise work and existing problems in daily work, this paper analyzes the necessity and the practical value of collaborative work platform and presents an design idea and key technology of user centered collaborative work platform, illustrates the main functions and application characteristics of the platform. The application of the collaborative work platform can reduce communication costs of different departments, different professional related staffs, improve the work efficiency and service quality, promote the economic benefi ts of enterprises. The platform can provide a strong support for the overall management of the enterprise.
