摘  要:为了解决IEC61850应用到配电自动化后相关业务信息交互时的模型协调问题,文章依据智能电网架构模型对配电电压无功控制业务进行了分析,建立了配电电压无功控制全模型架构。首先对智能电网架构模型进行了介绍,阐述了5层互操作模型,然后参照智能电网架构模型建立了配电电压无功控制全模型架构,可清晰看出该配电自动化业务涉及的公共信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)和IEC61850信息模型的关系,进一步给出该业务的信息互操作模型协调方案。配电电压无功控制全模型架构和模型协调方案可为基于IEC61850的相关配电自动化应用提供参考。To solve the harmonization problem between CIM and IEC61850 model in related business exchanges after extension of IEC61850 to distribution automation, this paper utilized the smart grid architecture model to analyze distribution voltage/var control business, then established a full model architecture of distribution voltage/var control. Firstly, smart grid architecture model was introduced into distribution automation and the fi ve interoperability layes were presented. Then referred to smart grid architecture model, a full model architecture of distribution voltage/var control was established and the gap between CIM and IEC61850 information model can be told. Finally, the business information interoperability model harmonization procedure was presented. The full model architecture and model harmonization procedure can provide a reference for IEC61850 based distribution automation.
