摘 要:高效、低耗去除溶液中微量重金属离子一直是工业废水处理中的挑战之一。高性能金属离子螯合剂的开发并结合旋流强化分离技术为微量Co^(2+)废水的处理提供了一个可行方案。根据旋流分离技术应用对螯合剂性能的要求,本文针对Co^(2+)发展了一种螯合剂制备方法。通过对氨基树脂D380进行表面改性,将二硫化碳引入树脂球表面生成二硫代氨基甲酸盐官能团(DTC),并把改性前后的氨基树脂应用于模拟废水中Co^(2+)的吸附性能研究。元素分析和红外图谱结果表明,DTC官能团成功引入氨基树脂D380上。与未改性的氨基树脂相比,改性后的氨基树脂(DTC-D380)对Co^(2+)的去除效果更好,其饱和吸附容量在p H值为5.3的模拟废水中达到32mg/g。当吸附温度为30℃,投料比为5g/L时,吸附30min后,模拟废水中Co^(2+)浓度可从80mg/L降为0.43mg/L,此时螯合剂尚未饱和,但是Co^(2+)的去除率已几乎达到100%。改性氨基树脂DTC-D380的制备为微量Co^(2+)的去除提供了一种优良的螯合剂,为结合旋流分离技术连续处理Co^(2+)废水提供了一种选择。Efficient and low-cost removal of trace amounts of heavy metal ions from aqueous solution has been a challenging problem in wastewater treatment process, toward which developing high-performance chelating agents combined with intensified mechanical separation technology provided a promising solution. In view of the basic demands on chelating agents for successful applications of the intensified mechanical separation technology, a kind of chelating resins for removal of cobalt ion was prepared by surface modification of D380 amino-resins with carbon disulfide. The final product with dithiocarbamate (DTC-D380) was characterized with Elemental analysis and Infrared spectrum analysis. The D380 and DTC-D380 resins were then tested for removal of cobalt ions from simulated wastewater, and the results showed that the DTC-D380 resins had better performance. Specifically, the concentration of cobalt ions could be decreased from 80mg/L to 0.43mg/L in 30min at 30℃with a dosage of 5g/L. DTC-D380, as an excellent chelating agent of cobalt ions, and the intensified mechanical separation technology provided a combined method for continuous treatment ofwastewater containing cobalt ions.
