摘 要:为了研究金属离子掺杂TiO_2介孔材料吸附钩藤生物总碱的活性,以固相合成法制备的Ni-TiO_2、Zn-TiO_2、Al-TiO_2介孔材料为吸附剂,对钩藤提取液进行吸附和洗脱实验。结果表明,在常压和298K下,Ni-TiO_2介孔材料对钩藤生物总碱的吸附行为属准一级吸附,速率常数k=0.01257min-1,吸附表观活化能E_a=-1067J/mol,静态吸附容量达111.5mg/g。动态吸附容量为75.3mg/g,洗脱率为90.2%。Ni-TiO_2经3次吸附后,镍离子几乎没有流失,所制得的钩藤碱符合国家卫生标准。上述实验结果证明,Ni-TiO_2介孔材料是一种性能优良的吸附剂,能很好地从钩藤提取液中吸附分离生物总碱。Adsorption performance of total alkaloids from rhynchophylla with three kinds of metal ions doped TiO2 mesoporous material was studied. Ni-TiO2, Zn-TiO2 and A1-TiO2 mensoporous materials were prepared and used as adsorbents for adsorption and elution of extracts of Ramulus Uncariae cure Uncis (Gouteng). The results showed that Ni-TiO2 mesoporous material was an excellent adsorbent for rhynehophylline. The rate coefficient (k=0.01257min-1) and the apparent sorption activation energy (Ea=-lO67J/mol) were obtained. The static adsorption capacity was up to l ll.5mg/g, the dynamic adsorption capacity was 75.3rag/g, and elution efficiency was 90.2%. Furthermore, there was almost no loss of Ni2+ ions in Ni-TiO2 after adsorption for three times, the rhynchophylline extracted was accorded with National Health Standard of GB 16210-1996. These results indicated that Ni-TiO2 mesoporous materials could effectively extract total alkaloids from Ramulus Uncariae cum uncis (Gouteng).
