摘　　要：法国是世界上最早推行社区矫正的国家之一,且已经形成至臻成熟的社区矫正制度,从理论到实践层面均可以作为我国社区矫正工作的学习之范本。通过对中法两国社区矫正工作的理论渊源、适用现状、路径选择、种类措施以及管理体制等方面的比较,为我国社区矫正制度的发展以及完善建言献策。France was the first one in the world to carry out community correction and has established a mature system, providing theoretical and practical examples for China to learn from. China embarked on community correction later, so if we compare the theoreti- cal origins, present applications, routing selections, types and measures, management and institutions of China＇ s community correction system with those of the French counterpart, we can offer advice for the development and improvement of China＇ s community correction system.
