女大学生创业教育路径探索

摘　　要：实施有针对性的女大学生创业教育策略,对于缓解高校就业压力、促进社会公平具有重要意义。调查发现,女大学生创业普遍以微型企业为主,且主要分布在服务业。当前女大学生创业教育主要存在重视程度不够、支撑体系不完善、师资队伍不健全等问题,鉴于此,一要完善女大学生创业教育的教学体系;二要培养女大学生的创业意识;三要完善女大学生创业支撑体系;四要优化创业教育师资队伍。The implementation of entrepreneurship education for female college students is very useful to relieve the universities＇ pressure of employment and improvement of social equity. The survey shows that most female university students focus on mieroenter- prises, and mainly the service industry. Insufficient attention, imperfect support system and incomplete teaching staff are main prob- lems of entrepreneurship education for female college students. In view of this, firstly, we should improve teaching system of entrepre- neurship education for female college students. Secondly, we need to raise female college students＂ awareness of entrepreneurship. Thirdly, we can improve the support system, finally, we should optimize the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education.
