摘　　要：人口的增加、城市功能的现实改变,使得城市原有的基础设施、交通体系、环境系统以及城市治理模式等各方面都面临巨大的压力。智慧城市在相关技术发展的支撑下以及在试图改变原有城市发展困境中应运而生。智慧城市的核心要素是什么?换句话说,智慧城市与传统城市根本区别何在?智慧城市能否解决传统城市发展面临的困境?是否还会带来新的问题?本文将着重从技术、空间、资本与人等四个维度,探讨智慧城市的核心要素问题。With the increase of population and the change of urban function, the urban infrastructure, traffic, environment and urban governance model are facing great pressure. The Smart City comes out with the support of the relevant technological development and the attempts to change the dilemma of the city development. What are the core elements of the Smart City？ In other words, what are the differences between the Smart City and the traditional cities？ Can the Smart City solve the plight of the traditional urban development？ Will it bring any new problems？ The author will discuss the core elements from the four dimensions such as technology, space, capital and human beings.
