摘 要:产生于中国"政府指令型"NIS重塑时期的科技中介,在中国"政府导引型"NIS、"政府协调型"NIS时期功能不断完善、角色不断演变,并成为一个重要的政策概念。学界关于科技中介及其角色的研究较少聚焦于中国NIS演进视域,并将其角色"黑箱化"处理。本文考察了我国科技中介在中国NIS演进的不同阶段的角色及其变化,进而从创新驱动发展战略出发,基于科技服务链与创新链融合、开放式创新及服务创新的新趋向,对我国科技中介的发展方向进行了思考。Science & Technology Intermediary Organization, which emerged during the formation of government directive NIS, has become an important policy concept with its function continuously improving and its role continuously evolving during the periods of the government guidance NIS and the government coordination NIS. Nevertheless, the study of Science & Technology Intermediary Organization and its role in academia focuses less on the evolution sight of China NIS and makes its role a "black box". This study examines the role of Science & Technology Intermediary Organization in different stages of China NIS evolution, and then, starting from the innovation driven development strategy based on the new trend of the integration of science and technology service segment and innovation segment, open innovation and service innovation, thinks over the future direction of Science & Technology Intermediary Organizations of our country and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
