摘　　要：随着工业信息化和城市现代化快速推进,产业布局不断调整,原有生产模式日渐弃置。一些工业遗存遭受破坏甚至难以持续,工业遗产保护实践面临诸多困境,由于涉及经济利益与社会因素等各种关系,需要统筹考量并加以厘清。加强工业遗产保护和利用,必须立足当前、着眼长远,坚持系统、全面和整体理念,积极探索合理模式与路径,在存留相对完整的文明轨迹的同时,促进历史文化真正融入生产生活环境,推动经济社会的可持续发展。With the rapid propulsion of industrial informatization and urban modernization, industrial distribution has been changed and the original production models are discarded constantly. However, some industrial heritages were damaged and were even unsustainable in the past few years. The preservation practice of industrial heritages faces many difficulties. As this may involve many aspects and various relationships, such as economic interests and social factors, the preservation needs to have an overall consideration. Therefore, to strengthen industrial heritage protection and utilization, we must stand from the present and take a long-term perspective, adhering to a systematic, comprehensive and overall concept and actively exploring rational modes and routes. While remaining a relatively complete trajectory of civilization, we should also incorporate the history, the culture into the production and living environment and promote economic and social sustainable development.
