摘　　要：在现代社会,随着科技的不断发展,人们的生活学习工作越来越离不开网络。当前人类正处于一个全新的信息环境,网络与通信技术的结合不断完善。图书馆是提供社会信息资源的重要场所,在人们的生活学习中扮演着非常重要的角色。本文主要论述互联网时代传统图书馆资源利用中存在的不足,并提出提高资源利用效率的建议。Nowadays, with the development of technology, internet is an important part in our life and work. People are in a total- ly new information environment and the combination of internet and communication technology is being improved progressively. The library is an important place to provide social information resources for people, so it plays a significant role in life and study of students and ordinary people.
