布洛芬缓释胶囊缓解尿道内尖锐湿疣患者光动力治疗疼痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道内尖锐湿疣患者行光动力治疗前V1服布洛芬缓释胶囊对治疗疼痛的缓解作用。方法153例尿道内尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组78例和对照组75例，2组均给予5-盐酸氨酮戊酸-光动力疗法（5-aminolevulinic acid—photodynamic therapy，ALA—PDT）治疗，每次照射20min，每7-10d重复1次，共治疗3次；观察组在每次ALA—PDT治疗前30min口服布洛芬缓释胶囊0.3g。分别于光照5min及治疗完成后30rain行线性视觉模拟评分（visualanalogscale，VAS）；于治疗完成后2周评估疣体完全清除率，6个月评估复发率，并进行比较。结果观察组、对照组疣体完全清除率分别为85．9％和84．0％，复发率分别为14．9％和12．5％，2组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗5min及治疗完成后30min观察组VAs评分（4．55±1．07、2.09±0．74）均低于对照组（5．57±1．08、3．32±0．97），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尿道内尖锐湿疣患者行ALA—PDT治疗前30min口服布洛芬缓释胶囊可缓解ALA-PDT治疗疼痛，且不影响治疗效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of preoperative oral administration of ibuprofen sustained release capsule on relieving pain caused by photodynamic therapy for urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 153 patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into observation group （n = 78） and control group （n= 75）. Both groups received 5-aminolaevulinic acid-induced photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） for 20 rain, once every 7 to 10 days, totally for 3 times. Observation group received oral administration of 0. 3 g ibuprofen sustained release capsule 30 minutes before ALA-PDT. The pain scores were evaluated by using visual analog scale （VAS） after 5-rain radiation and in 30 min after radiation. The clearance rate in 2 weeks after treatment and recurrence rate in 6 months after treatment were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the clearance rates and the recurrence rates between observation group （85. 9%, 14. 9%） and control group （84. 0%, 12.5%） （P〉0.05）. The VAS after 5-rain treatment and in 30 rain after treatment were significantly lower in observation group （4.55±1.07, 2.09±0.74） than those in control group （5. 57±1.08, 3. 32±0.97） （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Oral administration of ibuprofen sustained release capsule in 30 min before operation may help to relieve pain caused by ALA-PDT for urethral condyloma acuminatum without reducing the therapeutic effect of ALA-PDT.
