摘 要:结合给定的双滑板平动回转压缩机的运行参数,通过ANSYS软件对该结构在一个运行周期下进行瞬态响应分析,并得出主、副滑板和转子所受的作用力以及应力应变云图。结果表明所分析的压缩机结构强度在材料的选择上完全满足设计要求,同时得出了应力的集中点。通过对应力集中点的改善,可以更合理有效地提高压缩机的工作效率,同时对此压缩机可靠性的提高,提供了理论依据。Combined with some given operating parameters of the double vane translational rotary compressor, the transient response of this structure under an operating cycle is analyzed by ANSYS, and the forces on the main vane and the secondary vane as well as on the rotor calculated, and then the stress and strain nephogram is obtained. The results indicate the structural strength of the com- pressor and the material constructed is completely accordant with design standards. Moreover, the center of the stress is obtained. At last, the work efficiency can be improved more reasonably and effectively and the theoretical foundation for the improvement of the working reliability can be provided by improving the stress concentrative point.
