摘 要:为研究AM菌根对水稻秧苗素质及其产量的影响,引进6种AM菌根真菌,采用两因子随机区组设计,运用恒温培养室和大棚盆钵试验方法进行试验研究。结果表明:接种时间越早,菌株间侵染率越高,AM最佳接种时间为播种期。G.etunicatum和G.mosseae两个菌株是理想的菌株。在播种期接种菌根真菌,对秧苗有明显的促进作用,能提高秧苗的素质,主要是增加水稻的分蘖数,为水稻增产提供了条件。从接种后6个处理对产量的影响效果来看,G.etunicatum和G.mosseae增产幅度最高,达到29.6%~35.4%。To explore the effect of AM fungus on seedling quality and yield of rice, six kinds ofArbuscular mycorrhizal fungus by ther- mostatic chamber culture and green house pot test on rice was carried out. Tile research resuhs show that strains infection rate is higher at the earlier inoculation time, and the best application time is seeding time. G. etunicatum and 6 G. mosseae were the ideal strains. In seeding stage were inoculated with myeorrhizal fungus, it has significant role in improve the seedling quality, mainly to increase the number of rice tillers, provided the conditions for rice yield, it' s indicated that inoculation of AM fungus on rice, yield increasing under G. etunicatum and G. mosseae was greater, it' s 29.6 -35.4%.
