摘 要:本文采用磷诺克斯、STC和DX作为组合抑制剂,系统研究了3种药剂对钼铅分离的影响,最终确定组合抑制剂用量比例为(2~4)∶6∶(1~2)。针对含铅0.065%的高铅钼矿石,精选添加磷诺克斯26 g/t、STC78 g/t、DX13g/t,实验室闭路试验获得含钼53.16%、含铅0.17%的钼精矿;钼精矿中钼回收率为86.29%,铅在钼精矿中的分布率为0.95%。In the present investigation, the bench scale tests mainly focus on separation of molybdenite from other sulfide minerals by new type of depressants. The effect of each single depressant, including organic depressant P- Nokes reagent (PN), DX, and STC, and their mixture on galena, chalcopyrite and other sulfide ores, was exam- in turn by changing the concentrations used in cleaner flotation tests. Closed circuit experiments on the molyb- denum ore containing lead 0. 065% were carried out at the optimized paramaters (PN 26 g/t, STC 78 g/t, DX 13 g/t) and satisfied results can be achieved as followings: molybdenum concentrate grade is 53.16% with 86.29% molybdenum recovery, and the grade and distribution of lead in molybdenum concentrate is 0. 17% and 0. 95% re- spectively.
