低温区焙解二钼酸铵生产纯三氧化钼实验分析研究

摘  要:本文介绍了低温焙解二钼酸铵制备纯三氧化钼实验研究,并将纯三氧化钼在氨水中的溶解现象检验本次试验产品,检验结果显示:纯三氧化钼氨溶后溶液颜色澄清透明,异相杂质≤0.0020%,灼损≤0.15。该研究通过低温焙解二钼酸铵生产纯三氧化钼实验,获取了指导工业生产纯三氧化钼基础数据。Experimental study of pure molybdenum trioxide prepareation by calcinating ammonium dimolybdate at low temperature was described, meanwhile, the trial product was tested by the dissolution phenomenon of pure mo- lybdenum trioxide in ammonia water. Testing result shows: the solution that pure molybdenum trioxide dissolves in ammonia water is clear and transparent, heterogeneous impurity is less than or equal to 0.002 0% , loss on Ignition is less than or equal to O. 15%. Base data that may guide industrial production of pure molybdenumu trioxide was obtained by the experimental study of pure molybdenum trioxide prepartion using low temperature calcinated ammo- nium dimolybdate.
