摘 要:本文概述了精密钼丝加工零件调直及切断的原理,分析了目前传统的金属线材调直切断的优缺点。本文讨论的重点方法在于使用小型高速旋转调直筒调直,PLC控制的伺服电机驱动牵引轮组及机械定尺双重精确定长,薄片式高速切割轮对钼丝旋转切断。因此非常适合工业用处理线径较细且长度要求短的精密钼丝加工零件,而且切口平整无毛边,无劈裂。形状及尺寸精度高,避免传统调直切断方法切断长度较长、切口不平、尺寸精度差的缺陷,满足高精密钼丝加工件行业的需求。The molybdenum filament straightening and cutting was discussed in this paper, and it was analyzed for the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional straightening and cutting method. It was mainly discussed on using small high speed straightening device to straighten the molybdenum filament, measuring the needed length with PLC control servo motor and puller, cutting off the molybdenum filament with high speed cutting disc. This method is fitted for precise molybdenum filament part and the traditional defect such as rough tip or imprecise measurements is avoided. Accordingly this method should meet the requirements of the precise molybdenum filament part industry business.
