摘  要:目的优化疏乳消块胶囊的成型工艺,并进行小量中试试验。方法以休止角、临界相对湿度、引湿性和堆密度为指标,比较不同比例淀粉及乙醇对疏乳消块胶囊剂成型特性的影响。结果浸膏粉与淀粉比例为3:1,采用75%乙醇为润湿剂制粒,颗粒的临界相对湿度约为67%,在相对湿度75%的环境下8h的吸湿率约为2.2%,休止角30.6°,堆密度为0.6341g/mL。小量中试试验成品收得率均在95%-105%范围内。结论制粒后可改善粉体的吸湿性和流动性,工艺合理、可行。Objective To optimize the technique condition for formulating Shuru Xiaokuai capsules and implement pre-production test. Methods The effects of different ratios of starch and ethanol on formation properties of Shuru Xiaokuai capsules were compareded with the rate of angle of repose, critical relative humidity, moisture absorption and bulk density as the parameters. Results The ratio of the mixture of extract powder and starch was 3 : 1, and 75% ethanol was used as wetting agent for pelleting. The critical relative humidity of granules was 67%, 8 hours moisture absorption of granules was 2.2%, angle of repose was 30.6° and bulk density was 0.634 1 g/mL under the environment of relative humidity of 75%. The product yield was within the range of 95% - 105%. Conclusion The chosen pharmaceutical technique is superior in particle hygroscopicity and fluency, is reasonable and feasible.
