摘 要:通过采用混凝法的化学强化预处理单元和以水平潜流-折流型潜流复合人工湿地作为后续深度处理单元,对东莞运河进行了为期半年以上的示范工程运行实验研究。实验结果表明,经过化学强化法的作用,去除了大量的颗粒悬浮物,对进水水体中的COD、BOD5和TP有明显去除,其去除率分别为28.23%、20.65%和30.41%~72.16%,但对NH+4-N、TN的处理不够理想;经过复合人工湿地后COD、BOD5、TP、NH+4-N和TN的总去除率分别达到65.53%、57.55%、88.66%、60.94%和29.48%,说明该组合工艺对COD、BOD5、TP和NH+4-N均有较好的处理效果,但对TN的去除率仍不高,主要原因是湿地系统溶解氧较高,限制了反硝化去除TN的作用。从总体处理效果来看,化学强化-复合人工湿地组合工艺对东莞运河污水有良好的处理效果,具有广阔的应用前景。A combined process of chemical enhanced primary treatment( CEPT) and a hybrid constructed wetland system with horizontal flow and baffled horizontal flow was applied to treat sewage from the Dongguan Canal in Guangdong,China,in a pilot plant for approximately six months. The operation results of the pilot plant showed that most suspended solids( SS) were removed,and chemical oxygen demand( COD),biochemical oxygen demand( BOD5),and total phosphorous( TP) were also efficiently removed after the CEPT process with removal efficiencies of 28. 23%,20. 65%,and 30. 41% to 72. 16%,respectively. However,the removal efficiency of ammonium nitrogen( NH+4-N) and TN were relatively low. The removal efficiencies of COD,BOD5,NH+4-N,total nitrogen( TN),and TP could reach 65. 53%,57. 55%,88. 66%,60. 94%,and 29. 48%,respectively,by the sequent use of a hybrid constructed wetland treatment unit. In general,the combined system had an excellent effect on the treatment of COD,BOD5,TP,and NH+4-N,but the removal of TN was still not satisfactory,due to high a level of dissolved oxygen( DO) in the wetland system,which limited the denitrification for TN removal. In conclusion,the combination process of CEPT and the hybrid constructed wetland system is a promising technology for the treatment of sewage from polluted canals,and has broad application potential.
