摘 要:采用Fe^0/GAC与H_2O_2构建微电解与Fenton异相协同降解体系,通过自行开发设计的新型反应器研究各因素对Fe^0/GAC-Fenton耦合技术深度处理垃圾渗滤液效能的影响,应用紫外光谱探讨垃圾渗滤液中污染物的降解规律。结果表明,Fe^0/GAC-Fenton耦合技术处理废水具有较好的协同降解作用,相对于传统技术可以明显提高废水的处理效能。各因素对COD去除效果的影响从大到小为:Fe^0用量>HRT>mFe^0/mGAC>c(H2O2)>p H。通过单因素优化实验确定其最优反应条件:p H=3.5、mFe^0=143 g/L、mFe^0/mGAC为3∶1、HRT为80 min、30%H2O2为1.5 m L/L;该条件下COD由209 mg/L降低到53 mg/L,去除率达74.6%,出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)一级排放标准。紫外光谱显示,经该耦合技术深度处理后,废水中包含共轭双键、—NH—和苯环等结构的大分子有机物被降解。The collaborative system of heterogeneous micro-electrolysis and the Fenton process was established with granular activated carbon( Fe^0/ GAC) and hydrogen peroxide( H2O2) to degrade landfill leachate.The influencing factors and treatment efficiency were investigated for the degradation of landfill leachate using the novel coupling and self-designed reactor of Fe^0/ GAC with Fenton. The degradation mechanism of pollutants was also analyzed by UV spectrum. The results showed that compared with traditional technologies,the treatment efficiency of wastewater was clearly improved by the synergetic effects resulting from the combined process of Fe^0/GAC and Fenton. The influence strength on the chemical oxygen demand( COD) removal rate was Fe^0quantity 〉hydraulic retention time 〉mFe^0/ mGAC 〉H2O2 quantity 〉p H. The optimal combination determined by a single factor test for the reactor was as follows: Fe^0= 143 g / L,mFe^0/ mGAC= 3 ∶ 1,30% H2O21. 5 m L / L,and HRT80 min. With this optimal combination,the COD concentration was reduced from 209 mg / L to 53 mg / L with a removal efficiency of 74%,which could meet Grade I National Emission Standards( GB 16889-2008) in China.UV spectrum analysis suggested that the structure of macromolecular organic compounds with conjugated double bonds,amino groups,and benzene rings,etc.,was degraded in the leachate.
