纯铬鞣剂与坦克柔AB鞣剂性能对比研究

摘　　要：本文对比研究了二氧化硫(SO_2)还原重铬酸钠生产的纯铬鞣剂(商品名纯铬粉)与坦克柔AB铬鞣剂(商品名Tankrom-AB)的化学和鞣革性能。在铬粉水溶液的p H变化、鞣制过程的皮革收缩温度变化、鞣制过程的废液铬含量的变化、蓝湿革粒面情况和蓝湿革色泽方面的对比研究结果表明:纯铬粉与坦克柔AB铬粉在基础化学性能和鞣革性能方面基本一致,在铬吸收率方面则更优于进口坦克柔AB铬粉。：This paper introduced the sulfur dioxide （SO2） reduzate of sodium dichromate （product named for pure chromium powder） and Tankrom-AB chrommm powder research m chemistry ana tanning properties. The comparative study on the variation in water solution pH of chromium powder, leather shrinkage temperature and waste chromium content changes in tanning process, wet blue leather grain and wet b, lue leather color was carried out. The results showed that the basic chemical properties and tanning properties of pure chromium powder and Tankrom-AB chromium powder were basically the same. The absorption rate of chromium of pure chromium powder was more outstanding than Tankrom-AB chromium powder.
