摘  要:选择有机膦盐鞣剂预鞣,然后采用铝鞣剂和锆鞣剂结合进行主鞣,使革身柔软,粒面平细,具有较好的复鞣、染色和加油性能。最后用收敛性强的植物鞣剂和合成鞣剂复鞣。生产过程清洁环保,成品革不含六价铬等有毒有害成分,革身柔软、丰满,粒面紧实细致,不松面,皮革感观和理化指标符合使用要求。This paper aims at choosing organic phosphorus salt for pretanning which makes the finished leathers have good fullness and dyeing performance as well as oil-adding quality, then adopts aluminum tanning agent and zirconium tanning agent to carry out main tanning, and finally uses robust vegetable tannin and synthetic tanning agent for retanning. What's more, It is believed that it's a cleaner production process and the finished leather doesn't contain hazardous substances such as hexavalent chromium, thus makes the leather surface even and subtle, plumpy and soft, which meets the requirements of physical and chemical index.
