摘　　要：BIM指的是建筑信息模型,它是运用数字化技术,构建建筑信息模型,储存与建设功能有关的数据,进而实现全过程管理。现就建筑信息模型进行阐述,分析其在建设工程造价管理中的适用性。BIM refers to the building information model, it is the use of digital technology, construction of building information model, storage and construction function of the data, and then to achieve the whole process management. The building information model are elaborated, analysis of its application in the construction oroiect cost management.
