摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在肺癌全肺切除术围术期中的护理效果。方法收集2012年7月~2015年1月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院肿瘤外科二病区进行全肺切除术治疗的肺癌患者340例,按照数字法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各170例。观察两组患者术后恢复情况,包括自行排痰时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况。比较两组患者术后的生活质量及对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组术后自行排痰时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量各项评分及满意度均明显高于与对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径可以有效的改善肺癌全肺切除术围术期患者恢复情况,降低并发症发病率,提高患者的术后的生活质量,使护理得到了较高的满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of lung cancer total lung resection. Methods 340 patients with lung cancer,who were treated by total lung resection in the Second ward of surgical oncology of No.2 affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from July 2012 to January 2015,were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,170 cases in each group.The postoperative recovery,including self discharge time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications of two groups were observed.After operation,the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between two groups. Results The self discharge time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The scores and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the recovery of patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,so that care has been a high degree of satisfaction.
