摘　　要：全国职业技能大赛在培养学生的综合素质,引领职业院校各专业教学方向,扩大职业教育的社会影响等方面发挥积极正效应。探索职业操作大赛正效应,扩展比赛影响力,建设竞技文化,培养更多适应产业需求的高素质技能型合格人才。National vocational skill competition plays a positive effect in training students＇ comprehensive skills, leading the teaching directions of different disciplines in vocational colleges, expanding the social impact of vocational education. To explore the conversion of positive and negative effects of vocational skill competition, expanding competition influence, building competition culture, and cultivating more high-quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of the industry.
