摘　　要：基于电磁检测原理构建了断丝检测系统。在LabVIEW平台上设计了包括主控模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块在内的断丝检测虚拟仪器,搭建了实验平台。实验结果表明,本系统能够清晰、完整地展现断丝信号,并能够区分不同程度的断丝损伤。Broken wire detecting system is constructed based on electromagnetic principle. Broken wires detecting virtual instrument, including master processor module, DAQ module and data disposing and analysis module, is designed in LabVIEW software. And the experimental platform is setup. The results reveal that the proposed system could show broken wire signals clearly and perfectly, and it also could differentiates the degrees of damage.
