摘　　要：邓小平人学思想内在蕴涵丰富,其价值诉求的三个维度展现为丰富的实践、深刻的理论与发展,为社会主义核心价值观教育提供积极启示。投身于实践的时代与发展需求是邓小平人学思想价值诉求的现实与逻辑起点,马克思主义及其中国化理论是邓小平人学思想价值诉求的历史与理论渊源,人的多重解放等是邓小平人学思想价值诉求的发展空间。对于今天"四个全面"战略实施进程中"人的发展"的导向和运思具有重要的启发意义。Deng Xiaoping＇s human study theory contains the value of the three dimensions of the pursuit of the practice, theory and development for provideing a positive inspirationthe of socialist core values education . Devoting oneself to practice and development needs is the reality and logic starting points of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory of value pursuit. Marxism of the history and theory of origin is value pursuit of Deng Xiaoping＇s theory. Multiple liberation is Deng Xiaoping＇s ideological value and appeal to the development of human. ＂Four comprehensive＂ strategy in the orocess of human develooment and the orientation of thinking has imoortant insoiration significance.
