摘　　要：近来年,国外学术界对公民社会组织问题的研究不断深入,分别从经济学、公民社会理论、治理理论、社会资本和法团主义等视角进行系统研究;国内学界对其研究,主要是集中在中国公民社会组织的重要功能、发展困境和现实路径等方面进行分析和探讨。然而,从总体上来看,中国公民社会组织研究仍处于起步阶段,对其研究尚未形成一种系统性、成熟性和学理性的分析。In recent years, foreign academis have researched on the civil society organizations, from economics,civil society theory, governance theory, social capital and corporation system research perspective. The important function, development difficulties and practical ways in Chinese civil society organizations were mainly analyzed and discussed. However, from the overall perspective, the study of social organization China citizens is still in the initial stage, which has not yet formed a systemic, maturity and rational analysis.
