医用三氧关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察医用三氧关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者82例，按就诊顺序随机分为两组，三氧组（O3组）42例，在膝关节腔内注射25gg／ml的医用三氧10ml，透明质酸钠组（SH组）40例，在膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠10mg。每周1次，4次为1个疗程。分别于治疗前和治疗后3个月采用VAS评分和Lysholm关节功能评分评价疗效。结果治疗后O，组VAS评分显著低于SH组（P〈0．05）；O3组Lysholm关节功能评分显著高于SH组（P〈0．05）；O3组优良率（80．9％，34／42例）高于SH组（62．5％，25／40例），差异有统计学意义。结论医用i氧关节腔内注射可有效治疗膝关节骨性关节炎。Objective To investigate the efficacy of intra-articular injection of medical ozone or sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients with knee os- teoarthritis were randomly divided into O3 group （42 patients） and SH group （40 patients）. Patients in O3 group and SH group were received 25 μg/ml medical ozone 10 ml or sodium hyaluronate 10 mg respectively, once a week, for 4 consecutive weeks. The VAS and Lysholm joint function score were observed before and at 3 months after the treatment. Results Compared with SH group （VAS 4.5±2.3,Lysholm 30.2 ± 4.5） ,VAS was significantly lower （2.6 ±0.9） and Lysholm joint function was significantly higher （39.3±6.4） in O3 group. The rate of excellent and good effect in O3 group （80.9%, 34/42 cases） was superior to that in SH group （62.5%, 25/40 cases） with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intra-artieular injection of medical ozone is an ef- fective method in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, which is better than the effect of intra-artic- ular sodium hyaluronate.
