星状神经节阻滞与直线偏振光照射配合手法治疗颈源性头痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨星状神经节阻滞与直线偏振光照射联合手法关节松动术治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法选择颈源性头痛患者60例，行星状神经节阻滞（隔日1次，5次1疗程）与直线偏振光照射（每日1次，10次1疗程）联合手法关节松动术（每日1次，10次1疗程）。观察治疗前、后患者VAS、疼痛发作频率、每次发作持续时间以及服用止痛药情况。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后10、20、30d时VAS依次降低，头痛发作次数依次减少，头痛每次发作持续时间依次缩短，口服布洛芬药物的例数及日用药量均依次减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论星状神经节阻滞与直线偏振光照射联合手法关节松动术治疗颈源性头痛是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of stellate ganglion block and linear polarized light irradia- tion combined with manual therapy in the treatment of cervicogenic headache. Methods Sixty patients with cervicogenic headache received stellate ganglion block （one time per 2 days, 5 times for 1 course ） and linear polarized light irradiation （one time per day, 10 times for 1 course） combined with manual therapy （one time per day, 10 times for 1 course）. VAS, seizure frequency and duration of headache and the dose of the added ibuprofen were recorded before and after treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, VAS, seizure frequency, duration and the dose of ibuprofen all reduced in order at 10, 20,30 days after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The stellate ganglion bloek and linear pola-rized light irradiation combined with manual therapy is an effective method to treat the eervicogenic headache.
