摘  要:通过热重法,利用热重分析仪试验分析了大庆油页岩的热解失重过程,得到了TG曲线及DTG曲线。通过曲线分析得到其热解失重分为4个阶段,其中第3个阶段,即400℃~600℃为热解主要阶段。通过试验分析得出大庆油页岩随着升温速率的增加,其失重比例基本不变,但初始热解温度、峰值温度和最大热解速率都呈上升趋势,而失重率递减。由此看出提高升温速率可以有效提高热解速率。The pyrolysis process of Daqing oil shale was analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer,TG and DTG curves were plotted. Through the curves analysis,the pyrolysis weight loss is divided into four stages.The third stage is the main stage,that is,400 ℃~600 ℃ is the main stage of pyrolysis. Through the test,it is obtained that the weight loss ratio of Daqing oil shale basically unchanged with the increase of heating rate. But the initial pyrolysis temperature ,the peak temperature and the maximum pyrolysis rate showed a rising trend,while the weight loss rate decreased. Increasing the heating rate can effectively improve the pyrolysis rate.
