摘 要:根据云煤二矿实际地质条件,深入分析"两软一硬"不稳定煤层煤壁片帮原因,得出煤体松软、顶板厚硬、液压支架初撑力低及相邻工作面开采扰动是其主要影响因素。针对影响因素,采用浅孔注水技术提高煤体黏结力,同时适度增大支架初撑力以及对煤壁破碎区超前支护,达到缓解煤壁压力的目的。Analyses the reasons for coal wall spalling in two soft and one hard unstable coal seam according to actual geological conditions of Yungaishan No.2 coal mine. The main influence factors of coal wall spalling are that coal seam is soft, the roof is thick and hard, the setting force of hydraulic support is low and coal seam is disturbed by adjacent working faces. In allusion to the major influence factors, the technique of waterflooding in shallow hole is applied to improve adhesion stress of coal and in order to relieve stress of coal wall, setting force of hydraulic support is increased moderately and the fracture zone of coal wall is supported in advance.
