摘　　要：袁店一矿东风井在施工基岩时出现井筒涌水,经过方案比较,选择了泄水孔施工方案,通过钻孔设计、施工工艺研究,钻孔顺利施工到底,及时解决井筒水患,井筒施工单进提升明显,节约了工程投资。Yuandian No.l Mine Dongfeng well in the construction of bedrock appear wellbore inflow, through comparing the two scheme, choose the drain hole construction scheme, through the drilling design and construction technology research, borehole smooth construction in the end, timely solve the wellbore flood, shaft construction into a single improved significantly, section about the project investment.
