摘　　要："一带一路"战略是新时期我国经济新常态下促进沿线国家和地区之间经贸往来、区域协作的创造性战略。随着该战略的实施与发展,地处东北亚经济圈中心的中国东北地区也将一定程度上从中受益。但基于多种因素考量,该战略对东北经济的振兴作用有限。在新时代背景下,认真了解"一带一路"战略的思路构想、深入分析东北经济面临的现实困境、并针对性地给出可行性建议,对于东北地区更好地融入"一带一路"战略具有至关重要的作用。＂One Belt and One Road＂ is a creative strategy in the new era of China＇s econo- my under the new normal promoting economic and trade exchanges between countries and regions along the line. With the implementation and development of the strategy, the Northeast Asian Economic circle will benefit from it. However, based on a variety of fac- tors, the strategy to revitalize the northeast economy is limited. Under the background of new era, it will be of significance for Northeast region better to integrate into the strategy, to understand the conception of strategy, to analyze its dilemma in economy and to propose feasible and pertinent suggestions.
