黄芪当归汤治疗维持性血液透析患者脾肾气虚型营养不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪当归汤治疗维持性血液透析(MHD)患者脾肾气虚型营养不良的效果。方法:选取MHD且并发脾肾气虚型营养不良患者65例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用黄芪当归汤,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的Hb、Alb实验室指标改善程度显著优于对照组,治疗后的脾肾气虚型症状积分以及主观综合性营养评估(SGA)中营养不良比例显著低于对照组,治疗总有效率则明显高于对照组,BMI与TSF等测量指标与治疗前相比显著升高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用黄芪当归汤配合治疗对维持性血液透析患者营养不良疗效较单纯常规治疗者满意,可有效缓解症状。Objective ： To observe the effect of Huangqi Danggui decoction on malnutrition due to spleen-kidney qi deficiency of patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods ： 65 selected patients with MHD and malnutrition of spleen-kidney qi deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was giv- en the conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated plus Huangqi Danggui decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. The curative effects were observed in both groups. Results： In treatment group, the im- proved degree of Hb, Alb laboratory indexes of patients was significantly superior to that in control group ; and af- ter treatment, the scores of symptoms of spleen-kidney qi deficiency and the proportion of malnutrition in subjec- tive global assessment （SGA） were significantly lower than those of control group ; the total effective rate was also significantly higher than that of control group; and compared with before treatment, the anthropometric indexes of BMI and TSF etc. were also significantly increased. The differences of data were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Huangqi Danggui decoction can be used for treatment of patients with MHD, and effectively relieve symptoms. It is safe and reliable.
