摘　　要：分析企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)实施方法和内容,结合工作流的特点,提出工作流驱动的ERP实施系统开发方法,并以ERP实施系统中项目管理为实例,详细分析工作流驱动的项目管理的流程制定,构建工作流驱动的ERP实施系统的体系模型,形成一个支持ERP实施系统运行的环境。利用工作流建模,使ERP实施系统可以根据实际的ERP实施业务需求进行ERP实施系统的动态生成与运行控制。通过实例阐述了工作流驱动的ERP实施系统开发方法和步骤。Aiming at the methods and content of ERP implementation, combining the characteristic of workflow, development method on workflow driven ERP implementation management system is put forward. Analyze the flow on workflow driven of project management to establish and offer an example about project management in ERP implementation management system. System model is built to operation of ERP implementation system. Making use of the workflow modeling, ERP implement can build and deploy the ERP implementation system in a dynamic manner. An example is given to set forth the way of how to use workflow technology in the development of ERP implementation system.
