摘 要:针对小微型机械制造企业机加工车间的特点,提出采用系统布置设计(System Layout Design,SLP)法和Flexsim仿真软件相结合的方法,解决小微型机械制造企业机加工车间的设施布置问题。运用SLP法对车间整体布置、物流关系及非物流关系等方面进行分析,得出各作业单位间的相对位置;在Flexsim仿真软件中对车间原始布置进行建模仿真,综合分析仿真数据,发现不合理的现象并提出改善策略,再结合SLP法得出的各作业单位的相对位置,确定设施布置的优化方案。实例分析表明:SLP法和Flexsim仿真软件相结合的方法可以减少车间内物流路线交叉迂回,缩短物料的搬运距离,提高设备的利用率。According to the characteristics of small micro machinery manufacturing enterprises of the machining workshop, pro- posed the use of the System Layout Design(SLP) method is adopted and Flexsim methods to solve the facility layout problem. SLP method is used to the overall layout of the workshop,logistics and non-logistics relationship relationships were analyzed, to obtain the relative position of operation department ; the original layout of workshop of the simulation model is established by Flex- sire, found unreasonable phenomenon and proposed improvement strategy, then combining the relative position of the operation de- partment through the SLP method drawed, determine the optimal facility layout scheme. Example analysis shows:the combined method of SLP method and Flexsim simulation can alleviate the workshop logistics routes cross roundabout, reduce material han- dling distance and improve equipment utilization.
