摘  要:根据ZK蜗杆(又称锥面包络圆柱蜗杆)传动的特点,以材料费用最小化为目标,建立了ZK蜗杆传动系统的数学模型,并联合运用MATLAB软件中进行全局概率搜索的遗传算法和求解有约束非线性规划问题的fmincon函数进行优化设计,很好地解决了局部优化的问题。利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,验证优化后的蜗杆传动齿面接触强度、蜗轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度、输入轴和输出轴刚度、扭转强度和蜗杆刚度,与极限值对比均满足条件。最终结果显示,ZK蜗杆传动系统的材料费用减少12.55%,体积减少9.99%,质量减轻10.57%。According to ZK worm (also called cone enveloping cylindrical worm) drive' s feature, mathematical model of ZK worm drive system is built to minimize the cost of materials. What' s more, genetic algorithm which searches for global probable solutions and fmincon function which solves constrained nonlinear programming problems in MATLAB software being used togeth- er to optimize the system is a good solution of local optimization. In addition, ANSYS software is used for finite element analysis to verify optimized worm tooth contact strength, worm gear tooth root bending fatigue strength, input and output shaft stiffness, tor- sional strength,worm stiffness and conditions are satisfied comparing with the limits. The consequence of the optimization shows that ZK worm drive system' s material cost is reduced by 12.55% ,volume decreased by 9.99% ,weight saved by 10.57%.
