摘  要:均值、标准差与变异系数是分析设计公式精度的重要指标;比较设计公式工程适用性是工程设计的重要内容;评价指标与方法是比较设计公式工程适用性强弱的重要依据。以4个厚壁圆筒爆破压力计算公式为例,考虑厚壁圆筒爆破压力与载荷的随机不确定性,应用应力-强度干涉模型,基于分析公式精度的重要指标,建立了判断爆破压力计算公式工程适用性的评价指标与方法。在相同或不同应用范围,比较了4个公式的工程适用性,可供同行在设计时参考。In precision analysis of design formula, the mean value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were important index. It was an important part of engineering design, comparing engineering usability of design formula. Evaluation indexes and methods were important basis, comparing engineering usability stronger or weaker of design formulas. With four burst pressure calculation formulas of thick-walled cylinder as example, consider thick-walled cylinder burst pressures and loads of random uncertainty, using stress-strength interference model, based on the important index of formulas precision analysis, the burst pressure calculation formula engineering usability evaluation index and method are established. In same and different ranges of application, four formulas engineering usability were compared, the results is provided reference in engineering design of the same trade or occupation.
